as an Army veteran with a long history of problems with the VA over my own issues, this is going to be one of those movies that is going to hit hard for some people. a lot of people say they are for the vets, but it's amazing how cheap those words seem when one of us are struggling to keep everything together... and 22 still lose that struggle every day.

Perfect performances from the entire cast highlights this tense and riveting true story about a disgruntled Marine vet who takes hostages at a bank to bid his grievances against the VA.

This movie is gonna break peoples hearts. I remember reading this story back in 2018. This dude suffered from major mental health issues, got screwed over by the VA, and wasn’t even gonna hurt anyone in the bank, and they still killed him. Sad story :/
