OBS Studio: Settings to help fix Encoding Overload 2020!

I have an i5 4690lk and it work like charm in high priority obs below i have ussues and administrator mode obs

it didnt work i dont get it i ran admistainer and then opened it back up and then did a test recording on roblox and it didnt work the encoding overload thing still should
