The Ultimate Chocolate Cake Recipe

A decadent and moist Chocolate Cake recipe with whipped, chocolatey & silky smooth chocolate frosting. Both, the cake and the frosting are so easy to make. It makes for a stunning birthday cake.

✅INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE CAKE:
►3 cups all-purpose flour
►1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
►2 cups granulated sugar
►2 tsp baking soda
►1 tsp salt
►2 cups warm coffee (not hot)
►2 Tbsp white vinegar
►1 Tbsp vanilla extract
►2/3 cup light olive oil (not extra virgin)

✅INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
►12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
►1 cup (16 Tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
►5 cups powdered sugar
►1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
►1/2 tsp salt
►2 tsp vanilla extract

I baked this cake today (quantity for 8 slices) and it turned out to be so delicious!! So soft that it almost broke while lifting up lol. I did not have light olive oil so I replaced it with vegetable oil. Also I realized it is an "Eggless" cake!! So it is wonderful for people who are vegetarians.

I was in desperate need of a chocolate dessert, and I ran across this recipe. I was skeptical because most chocolate cake recipes I've seen are so intricate and use lots of ingredients. I made this cake so fast I was almost sure it would be disappointing. I am pleased to say that I could not be more wrong. So moist, so chocolatey, and so delicious! I made frosting but I don't even need it, It actually tastes better without it. This will be my go to chocolate cake recipe from now on.

I tried this today on my birthday but i used swiss meringue buttercream frosting, because cream cheese are expensive here in our country, the chocolate cake base is so really delicious, i didn't expect that it will be turn well because it has no eggs, and also its so dense and moist, really recommend to try this one
