So just wondering what you guys thinks is the best tuner for the older Duramax trucks. I have a brand new engine from the ground up and I got a tuner from Duramax Tuner which is now Calibrated power but it was expensive and a big flop. I do believe heavy smoke is not good but never heard why it’s not good. The other thing is I don’t mind if mine smokes a bit at full throttle. My truck is just dead from 0-40mph with the Calibrated Power tuner and I’ve gone through everything on it to see why and even changed different turbos. What everyone wants is 0-60mph hp and mine comes on stronger at 40-60mph. I’m throwing this thing in the trash and want something that actually works 0-60. Thanks in advance

Wouldn’t it make sense to pay some attention to the transmission? Especially if it’s going to be thrown torque that it wasn’t engineered to have running through it? I still bought one but definitely not going to up the power on my Duramax until there’s a tune available for the Alison transmission.

why does the websit say that max level is 100hp not 150? Level 1: 30 HP - 60 Lb-ft TQ
Level 2: 50 HP - 90 Lb-ft TQ
Level 3: 70 HP - 150 Lb-ft TQ
Level 4: 100 HP - 210 Lb-ft TQ
