The plugin has disabled the login message when someone joins. How do it enable it back on? Like "player joined the game"

Hi, i like this video alot! it has helped me but the thing is nlogin has an IP limit, i have checked the Config files and i "THINK" i found nothing to change the IP limit, if can please help me regarding this issue with the IP or maybe send another YouTube video link regarding this issue and has a isolution since i have found nothing

How can I access the plugin config? When clicking on plugins I can only Browse or look at my Installed, and can only delete installed plugins, I feel so dumb
