incredible, if my company just decided to close for couple of weeks we would go bankrupt. Incredible they dont really care about player retention and decide to just go on vacation all at once

A month and half long break on a live service game just sounds like a crazy business decision. I hope they at least have an intermediary patch already ready to go to bridge that gap.

Swede here, we don't take 6 weeks at a row. Mostly summer break lasts around 3-4 weeks depending on how much vacation you want to save. For the other 3 weeks you get to choose when to take later the year, or save up until next year and so on. So don't worry, the team will be back in July.

Not gonna see illuminate in August IMO, I think its gonna be in the fall around or before USA thanksgiving.

Before they release the illuminate I would like to see the hive lords and another new bot type enemy first. In addition to a new major mission type that could serve as a type of raid the game master could deploy every now and then.

Something like a indoor dungeon with no eagles or orbital stratagems, just support weapons and unique abilities we acquire by completing objectives on the dungeon.

Think actually entering a local terminid Hive with a unique Hivelord boss like the named enemies from the first game. Or a automaton factory with a boss at lowest depth of the dungeon.

I am from Sweden and while a 6 week long vacation is really great for the morality and quality of life for the employees, I find it quite strange that they all go on break at the same time. Most companies I know of have their employees take their vacations in intervals so that at least a few of them stay at the workplace at any given time.

One primary per war bond that's actually fully baked. Finished product and tested is vastly superior to three guns. Usually one of which is good. A second is trash and a third is completely broken

Hey peeps! To clarify, Arrowhead is not shutting down completely during summer. We'll be working albeit a lot of people will be off on vacation. In Sweden, most employees get 25-30 vacation days, most of which they spend during what's called Swedish industry summer break. This takes place roughly from early July to mid August. Skeleton crew, slower pace, siesta, working with far too little air conditioning and complaining everytime the needle climbs over 20°C/68 F ... call it what you will. ;) We'll be working but in a smaller scale, which is why we wanted to inform not to expect any big updates during this time frame. /TB

You can still farm super credits in game so the price of a war bond going up isn't a big issue realistically. I have every warbond, every armor, have over 3000 super credits currently, and I still haven't paid any real money since initially purchasing the game.

I don’t mind 1 primary one secondary but both of those NEED to be worth using. The entire liberator line is basically dust-collecting now her we got a new one right as it became obsolete

If that person who brought up the Eruptor mentioned a nerf or something to the gun, shoot them out of a cannon and into orbit... Eruptor is decent again finally, but still not as good as it should be. It really needs the shrapnel back, forget about any other buff (minus maybe increase mag capacity to 7 or 2 or 3 extra mags) it really doesn't need anything else except its shrapnel back! I look back at all my clips I have posted using the Eruptor and seeing how good it used to be, and the funny moments that made me want to come back and play the game, because of the shrapnel either killing myself once in a while, a squad mate once in a while, or the shrapnel saving my ass from a bug about to hit me but getting slammed by shrapnel from what I just fired at well away from me. The fact it could deal with chargers really well also made it very special, and I thought it was quite balanced as you could not use it at close range without killing yourself or knocking yourself on your ass and getting swarmed. It really needs to return to that state....

I dont mind having only 2 weapons in a warbond, as long as they are unique, with interesting mechanics and effects.
Just having a faster Liberator was a bit disappointing.
