They ignored the biggest factor- smoking cigarettes. If you want a raspy voice and wrinkled skin, smoke 2 packs a day for 30 years. At 45, you’ll look like you’re 65.

irregular sleep is inevitable for me. i work per shift as a nurse. i do morning shift, afternoon shift and night shift. and you know what, working as a nurse is very stressful mentally.

You are more likely to have more wrinkles if you sleep face-down (or even sideways). Try to sleep on your back with your face upward (supine position) every night. Also, do not drink from straws as much as possible. Drink citrus juices to promote collagen production. Having an oily skin is a boon because your skin needs to be moisturized. Lastly, intermittent fasting does wonders for your overall health and youthfull look. I am turning 53 this year but I still look in my early 30s simply because I follow these habits plus the ones mentioned in the video.

Lack of exercise should be on this list!
I haven't exercised in in 2years since giving birth.
I've gained 13kg, I look and feel older and have far more aches and pains than I ever had from not moving. Each task is much harder and the people around me who've gained weight look at least 10 years older.

The excessive sun tanning explains why so many old photos of people in their 20's looked like they're almost 40. That, plus people smoking so many cigarettes and drinking at an early age.

I think you need to investigate your claims about sun screen. Sunscreen a a chemical cocktail that is NOT good for your skin. There are alternatives available but your skin does need direct sun, just limit your exposure.

All but the advice regarding the Sun are good. The Sun is the Greatest Healer and Protector on the Planet. It's benefits far outweigh anything else. Sunlight is THE life giving force on the Planet.

I think it's just genetics and no drugs ..I am 42 and people think I'm 27 but this has been going on my entire life ..I have never did drugs rarely drink water and could never sleep so idk 🤷
