Hey Adam,
Your strategies work. They are totally awesome. Help understand better, please? You state ... "Your deductible, no more, no less". Let's assume we don't know if this is an ACV policy. If it is, then there will be an out of pocket expense more than the deductible. How do we pitch with the possibility it is an ACV policy, and it will be more than their deductible?

Do you have videos on how to produce an invoice,

I enjoyed your videos. I did this several years ago, when we were slow in water damage and the company wanted to test my performance out of town in CAT situations. I was able to sign a half dozen contracts the single day the company allowed time for this without knowledge in roofing by pushing tarps to prevent further damage. After watching the videos, I now realize there's much more work to be done long after the storms moved on. In water/ mold/ asbestos damage I am able to break down at very elementary levels everything including the insurance claim process which I think leads to my success in those fields. What would be your recommendation for learning roofing for someone with zero experience? Also, when is it to late to file a hail/ storm damage claim?

I've watched several of your videos and am curious what role a Storm Sales Associate plays as I was able to sign a few contracts without getting on the roofs and providing an assessment. Is the sales associate responsible just for signing the contract or signing it and providing the assessment?

How do you overcome being an out of town contractor in small towns and how do you address a customer's concern regarding a warranty issue as an out of town contractor?

How common is asbestos testing done on roofs, how often is it present, and what value does it add on the average home?

Is it best to focus on one discipline and ignore covered leaks or use the covered leak (Not ground water)to get your foot in the door and shoot for more?
