Amuses me how in a short period of time they released not 1, not 2 but at least 3 different adaptations of the phantom menace, mostly focused on the jedi's (particularly obi-wan) perspective.

At 33:02 when you are hanging by the fingertips on that sniper tower, you can still use force push to knock the sniper off without being shot. This technique will also work on other levels. At 2:52:22 when you go up the stairs, to the left as you know there is a sniper rifle. If you pick it up now, then go back down the stairs, you can use the lightsaber to break down the blue force field and re-enter the previous section. Then when you come back you will have a new sniper rifle waiting for you. Rinse and repeat for maximum ammo.

I have a feeling the first forest/swamp level was supposed to be Naboo, but then the dev team thought that for some reason it wasn't fleshed out enough, and then they made it into a prelude to the actual events of the game. Because of this, we then have that awkward time skip from the Trade Federation Ship, straight into the City of Theed.

I wish someone would decompile and then mod this game, as I find the graphics and lighting engine very charming, replete with character and representative as the zenith of that semi-blocky era situated around the release of the The Phantom Menace (movie). Basically, this game feels like a more fully featured engine of The Phantom Menace (PC game), and in an ideal world we would do something more with this.

Outstanding level design. Games of this era really encouraged map exploration. You could lose yourself in the Naboo levels.

This is the best bad game I have ever played. It is one of my favorite games of all time and I revisit it every year to completion. Definitely one of my favorite Star Wars games of all time.

Also that Obi-wan voice is terrible. The guy they got for the phantom menace game was much better.

God this game is really bad with a lot aspects, which sucks cause overall the gameplay is fine and fine when it is.

But they over complicated with terrible controls and an awful camera.
