When the GI Bill became law in 1944, veterans returning from World War II received a range of benefits, including help with home loans and higher education and vocation training. While it has undergone many changes, at its core, the goal has always been to support those who served the country. A U.S. Supreme Court decision recently made some additional updates. Joshua Jacobs, the VA's Undersecretary for Benefits joined KCRA 3 Tuesday morning to discuss the changes.
