Expanding basic care to include dental should be something ALL Vet with disability should get. Its one of the medical practices that helped humans live longer lives, and yet we treat it as though it is unimportant for healthcare.

Too bad that part isn't just all VA in general. I was disgusted years ago (at 70%) that the VA told me I would be better off going to a local Dental school for dental care than to have the VA Dentist in the VA hospital do it because it would be absurdly expensive. You shouldn't have to be 100% to get dental care.

I'm in Mass and I am a 10% rated vet. The only applicable benefit in this law for a vet like me with a low rating is that my property tax exemption, currently at $400/year, MIGHT double to $800/year, assuming my city actually exercises that local option. We'll see.
