Bo Nix scored 20 points on five drives. One of them ended in one play because Lucas Krull fumbled the ball. We couldn't surpass 16 points per game in the last couple of years, but he showed himself to be a genuine running threat. His quick release, which led to his high draft pick, was on display, and his accuracy with short passes was truly impressive. I now understand why Sean mentioned that he was relaxing to watch; he makes it look effortless. Nix seems poised and brings a lot of excitement to the season. This QB class could be as good as 2021, 2018 or even 1983. Not saying they will be but at least 5 of the 6 could end up being franchise guys. I hope they all stay healthy and have long careers. It would be great for the game if they all ended up great.

these commentators are still surprised by Mccarthy's athleticism? The guy runs nearly a 4.5, ranked at the top on cone drills, and was one of the 10 best athletes on the Michigan team per Harbaugh. Anyone who has actually watched him knows this. Just like they questioned his arm strength prior to the combine. Now they all say he has an elite arm. The guy is not a secret if you just watch him.
