You guys from the media need to stop with the hate on the Broncos and Bo Nix, enough of the jittery stuff, first few throws he was getting used to the nfl, then after that he look poised, calm and made great throws, also he can make those throws beyond 20+ yards if you actually pay attention to these games.

Broncos fan here. I somewhat agree with what they said for Nix. However, I think they are neglecting to take into account the team as a whole relative to Nix's performance. Sure, in a vacuum, what they say about Nix individually may be true, but when you add in other components it's a little different. For instance, we drafted Audric Estime, Jaleel McLaughlin is just one year out from his rookie season, and Javonte Williams is still pretty young, so we are likely going to be a run-first establish the ground game type of team. So from that, Nix isn't going to be asked to deliver big chunk plays often that require highly skilled and speedy WRs such as how the Dolphins are since they mentioned Miami. They will hopefully be effective running the ball, that way Nix can optimize RPO style read passes and his short to mid range passes will open up the big chunk plays. We also don't have the most developed all around WR room to begin with. Sutton has been the best WR on the team albeit his production is really low and just at avg compared to the rest of the league, but given what our offense has been lately, you can't expect him to be on level with guys like Diggs or Hill. Tim Patrick caught his first pass in over two seasons..he has a ways to go as far as getting back to his normal form. The rest of our WRs are pretty young and unproven, so Nix can't exactly play a big air raid, chunk passing play style that they say he lacks. What he's done though in just those few drives, gives us Broncos fans so much to look forward to and hope for, based on what's been our norm for the past near decade now.

Ur question yesterday after Bo Nix led the broncos to 4 scoring drives out of 5 is that are the broncos gonna score more than 20 points a game? Would’ve been more if josh reynolds caught a deep throw by nix in endzone. Or can he not throw deep? While i agree with the jitters, and unnecessary movement in the pocket at times, why are we so solely focused on that when he showed plenty of good too. Just feel like we are twisting Nix’s performances to validate prior opinions of him coming out.

I like Aidan Oconnell more than Minshew for this QB competition. He had a better command of the offense. The game was never out of control and he always knew where his outlets were. Minshew on the other hand followed up a huge play with a delay of game and you could tell he had lost the play clock on the following play.
