Idt most people realize how hard of a throw that ball to Kmet was. His hips and shoulders are facing the sideline when he starts his mechanics, gets his hips flipped down field and darts that 30 yards off 1 foot.

I saw Caleb Williams point out the mike and make adjustments to protections in his first game. I nearly shed a tear. I STILL haven't seen Trubisky or Fields do that in 2024.

I've generally been bad-mouthing the Caleb hype, but after watching that I'll shut the hell up.

4 for 7 and 2 of the incompletions were drops. Not terrible. I know everybody is running basic concepts but that is something Fields struggled with so at least we are seeing improvement.

1:00 This is the best throw I've ever seen from a rookie. That throw alone tells me everything I need to know on how problematic Caleb will be for opposing defenses. Truly a special talent. As a Texans fan, I'm looking forward to the Stroud vs Williams match-up in week 2! It's going to be🔥🔥🔥😁👍
