How to skip Capra Demon and The Depths WITHOUT Master Key - Early Blighttown - Dark Souls Remastered

Let's take a short walk, shall we? Where to you ask? How about to Blighttown from Firelink Shrine?

If you didn't pick the master key as your starting gift but don't want to deal with the Capra Demon and The Depths/Gaping dragon, have no fear. This video will show you a quick route to get you from Firelink Shrine, into the back entrance of Blighttown and grab a key back around to Firelink so you can take on the poison s**thole....I mean swamp at your convenience. Entering through the back let's you skip most of the area and you have quick/early access Quelaag and some of Lost Izalith at the bottom of the swamp. You can also get to Ash Lake from here if you need to farm Twinkling Titanite early.

This is fairly long run, about 10 minutes, and is dependent on you having unlocked the elevator shortcut from Undead Parish to Firelink Shrine (right before the gargoyle boss fight). For your convenience I sped the footage up to double speed. For a first time player, I still suggest fighting at least the Capra Demon because shortly after beating him you can grab the Large Ember which lets you ascend standard weapons to +10. If you were fortunate and got a Black Knight weapon to drop in Undead Burg or Undead Parish or when returning to the Asylum, that Large Ember doesn't do much for you.
