The line "He didnt even haggle" is used twice to describe jayce. First was in Ekko's shop, getting charged twice the actual cost(essential meaning he was too naive. Blind to the corruption taking place) and when Jayce met silco, when he finally seen it all. "A thousand times I've imagined this moment(having the nation of zaun at the tip of his fingers). Never like this. All we ever wanted. The boy didn't even haggle."
