Columbian women would only dress with spaghetti straps or bare shoulders if they were on vacation ON a beach!. For Meg to dress like this in a formal - meet the Vice President occasion shows HUGE disrespect to Columbia and their culture.The American equivalent would be if the !st Lady of Columbia showed up to a formal White House reception in their honor - with full ceremonial honors in Flip-flops and hot pants. THAT is the level of disrespect the Duchess of Sussex is communicating culturally with her choices.

Why does Harry always looks sloppy and his clothes are so rinkled, one would think he slept in then & rolled out of bed. I'm old fashioned (68) and I was taught that when a man stands up his jacket button must be done up. When he sits, it must be undone. Whatever happened to clothing etiquette.
