Installing PHP and MySQL using bash on Windows-10

In this video we use the new bash shell / linux subsystem under Windows-10 and install Apache and MySQL (lamp-server) to write hand test PHP applications under Windows-10.

This is a little harder than using MAMP on the Macintosh or XAMPP Windows - but it is good to learn how to use Linux to do this software development.

I'm totally new at web-programing (I spent the three last years coding in C), and installing and running a server has been a pain in my butt. I tried on linux, I tried on Windows and on the linux subsystem, and all I've seen so far were either tutorials on Xampp / Lampp or tutorials on how to install PHP mysql Apache (or Nginx), all resulting in multiple errors because of the conf files, which despite many researchs I failed to solve.
This is the only tutorial that worked out for me (even though I had to change the port to 8080), so, from the bottom of my heart, thank you my good sir.

hi i have a problem with my bash pls help me fix it, (1) if i wast to install a packages bash will not install completely and will later freeze, (2) if i restart and try to run bash, it come on and of on my desktop

so i executed the command _sudo apt-get install php_ which seemingly installed php 7. now when i go to start the server _/etc/init.d/apache2 start_ or initialize sql _/etc/init.d/apache2 start_ i'm getting errors :/
