Double End Bag Skills‼️

My favorite drill when hitting the double end bag! Practicing my straight punches to the head & the body!

Nice job man. I just got the 5inch double end bag myself. Similar to the one your using in the video. After working with 9 inch bag for about a year. Was steady missing for about a week.

I’ve sharpened up though and got way more accurate and fast. I also noticed that ability to see something and react is way faster. I do the same drill you do with the straight punches and would recommend others to try.

Update. 2 months ago i commented saying i couldnt hit the double end bag more thqn once. With some practice and working on fundamentals, i can now get off solid 5-6 piece combos on the double end bag. I still miss a decent amount, but ive gotten much better at hand placement and the coordination to hit it

I just started boxing n I look like a cat trying to swat at a bug it can't reach😂😂😂. Just gonna keep working and I'll come back to this and laugh at myself down the road when I get better

Where did you get that weight that the bottom rope is attached to? Looking to put a double end bag in my apartment, but I don’t want to drill a hook into the floor. Thanks for the tips btw ✌️

Hey Andy, great tutorial on the DEB! Wanted to know where you got the bungee cords from? It looks like there are many anchor points evenly spaced out along the cord - genius! Did you make that or do the cords come that way? Thanks!

If the bag is tightened properly you can control the bag and you can control the speed of the bag did the bags not tightened properly you cannot control the speed of the bag this guy don't know what he's saying
