What you justed described is illegal. It is illegal to have a company and use a Thai nominee to buy land in Thailand

Lily, there's another way. Use Tiy's name to own the land. You can own outright the entire house under a 30 years lease with extension up to 90 years where the agreement is that Tiy cannot sell without your approval. I sincerely think you should be prepared for any foreseen circumstances that might arise in the future. I am a singaporean, not westerner who understands Asian cultures.

That house and lot prize will be double the price after 10yrs. The best investment is lot since lot never decrease the value.
If you just putting all your money in the bank, Your money will never grow, Bank interest is soo low.
