What I don't understand is why are there Triplexes in my area (Los Angeles) for like $900k when there are three units with 2/2. 2/1. and 1/1 and rent for these will be around $2500, $2100, $1600 income of at $6200 a month not including utilities and the mortgage is like $8, 000 a month.
