❓What is ElevenLabs?

Natural-sounding speech is the main gimmick of ElevenLabs voice generation, and what sets it apart from the competition. ElevenLabs’ AI model analyzes text or speech input and synthesizes it into a voiceover spoken with a different voice and style.

It has some trouble dealing with punctuations and pauses, making unnatural pauses between words, or no pauses at all. Also, it’s absolutely necessary to punctuate your questions and exclamations, otherwise you end up with weird-sounding audio. Plus, there are strict limits for symbols: 5000 per generation, and a variable monthly limit depending on the plan.

I rewatched it a couple of times, but still not too sure. My best guess is that the fake voice is when the guy is offscreen? Otherwise he is a pretty damn good in lip sync 😂

Are you restricted to use and modify the stock voices or can you prompt it to create your own new voice? For example, we used to speak differently in England during the 1940s, so is it possible to add that into the prompt? And can you save and reuse the exact voice in future projects? Can you bank/save/recall voices?

Are they counted when you export or are they counted even when you are just testing out?
