Nobody seems to mention anything much about the samples. What kind of quality is ideal? Will background music or sound effects mess up the training? Can do you clips more than a minute long? What's the benefit of using multiple samples? Should you avoid non-words, like sighs or "hm" and "um" etc?

I just want to get into the technical details for what actually creates the best inputs for training.
