Directions:
Unless you are a professional chef or have an extraordinary amount of time to experiment with new tastes and spice up your home cuisine, you will have to step out of your comfort zone to prepare a meal such as this ink-fish and manioka stew. Have the ink-fish ready and start by chopping the ginger, mincing the garlic cloves, dicing the spring onions and carrots, then chop the potatoes, paprika and leek. If you like, you can also fine dice the olives and put all the ingredients into the Casserole, grate the manioka and pour the purified water before placing the lid on the pot. Once everything is ready, cook the dish on low heat for 20 minutes.
