• 1 fennel
• Pepper mix
• Black olives
• Cherry tomatoes
• 100g of brussels sprouts
• Spring onion
• 2 seabass filets
• 1 carrot

Directions

Seafood specialties are quickly and easily prepared with the right Zepter cookware. One of our favorite seafood recipes, the seabass with vegetables, will be ready in no time, with no added oil or water.

First, place the first two seabass filet slices into the cold Zepter pan, without adding any oils or fats. Place slices of fennel and carrot on the filets, covering them with the second two seabass slices. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes, black olives, brussels sprouts and the remaining slices of the carrot into the pan and around the seabass filets. Put the lid on the pan and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
