Directions:

An all-time favorite of ours, a traditional meal that can always make a warm family gathering even more enjoyable, this roast is perfect for just about any occasion. While you might be already familiar with the recipe, try making the dish in Zepter cookware, and you will notice a difference in taste and texture, as well as in the simplicity of the cooking process.

Start by pressing the meat in the spices of your choice – we always like a combination of freshly ground peppercorns. Then put the meat and chopped vegetables, such as onions and garlic cloves, carrots and potatoes into the cold Casserole pot. And here’s the beauty of Zepter: no need to add any water! Put the pot on medium heat for 10 minutes, with the lid on, and when the thermometer reaches the green field, lower the heat to minimum, and slow-cook the food for 50 minutes, also with the lid on.

Once the dish is done, take the meat and most of the veggies out, but leave the onions and garlics along with the meat juice in the Casserole pot, and add the balsamic vinegar, pepper and some fresh herbs.

Next, use MixSy to blend some of the cooked carrots with olive oil, and fresh herbs, and you will have a delicious dressing for the meat and vegetables ready in only a few minutes. Enjoy!
