The largest stone ever moved by manpower alone, i.e. without the use of animals or machines, is the Thunder Stone, an enormous boulder of granite serving as the pedestal of the famous Bronze Horseman statue of Peter the Great at St Petersburg, Russia. It weighed over 1200 tons and was moved during the winter of 1768, a process taking 9 months and requiring 400 men, pulling it upon a metallic sledge. They put it on a wooden ship with 2 war ships on either side to stabilize it, all by hand with ropes and pulleys and sleds and stuff. Humans are amazing
