This was the perfect routine-full of everything I love so much. Nick...you are one hella good person and I cannot thank you enough for all you have generosly taught me over the past 3+ years. It was during covid lockdown that I was teaching yoga online through my library when a qigong class was added and from their, my friend Deb who also takes your classes and I started our qigong journey. We have steadily practiced qigong mostly every day for the past 938 days and you have been a big part of that journey. Thank you.

Love this routine, very calming, the River shot at the end is so soothing. “Flow like a River not a swamp” Love it.
Maybe some day the Teacup will not intimidate me and I’ll get it right! Until then I laugh at myself while doing it.
