I just got a new (to me) 5th wheel. Pd $7, 000 for it. It was like new and very well maintained. Bought from owners. It replaced the one I had and gives me twice the room and storage. My old one was 8x24 with one slide. New one 8x35 with 3 slides. I live full time in an RV park. I do not travel.

Thanks for making the video just in time. I just bought a cougar half ton after a fair amount of research. I was glad to see it on the list 😅. I truly liked the quality i saw. I feel you give good sound advice. Thank you again.

Thanks for the wonderful video. I have a 2003 Chevrolet 1500 HD Crew Cab with a 6.0L gas. I guess the first and last one would probably be best for my truck.

Man just got back from Camping World after looking at a couple in the 85k range and man was I disappointed. What a bunch of crap. I was putting my little one up on a bed and I could of easily ripped the trim board off the wall. I almost leaned on a desk and for sure with one hand could of ripped it off the wall. Just sucks.

What is a “normal temperature range”? Arizona would be different than Maine

I am a GM guy. I know that Ford has the market share when it comes to class C chassis. Chevy has some smaller class C’s that I’ve seen going down the road. What brand makes and models of Class C’s offers the GM chassis regardless of their size (3500, 4500, 5500 etc)? This might limit my search, and are they good? GM got out of the market years ago for some reason didn’t they?

You’re missing the base vehicle weight or the cargo carrying capacity. That is extremely important also. But, good information.

“ because it keeps the costs down”. After all THATs really what the RV Industry is all about . —Cost over quality.
