I started keto carnivore (high fat mod protein) I noticed eating high fat my lymph nodes (neck) Get swollen. How do I fix that? I find it weird getting that. Put warm pad on neck for an hour and it goes away. Then eat high fat and it comes back. 🤔 any feedback would be awesome.

My blood pressure actually went up! And so did my pulse rate on keto 3 weeks in. Pretty scary stuff! Took electrolytes and didn't help. Finally went to the ER and they checked potassium levels and others and they were fine. Guess keto is not for me.🤷🏾‍♀️ Sad, because otherwise felt pretty good to begin with...

Ya treat was my problem Keto cookies and grass fed jerky but I should of Should’ve done fasting. Was doing apple cider vinegar with lemon Cardamom ginger cayenne pepper cinnamon my electrolytes matcha tea eggs
