I have several NGK Ruthenium continuous review videos here on YT. I totally believe in these plugs as the last plugs my car will ever need. I tested them unscientifically over a few years. They're incredible, which I do not say lightly. Worth every penny.

I put Ruthenium Ngk plugs in my 6.2 Ford V8 that uses 2 plugs per cylinder truck runs absolutely great with them definitely noticed a better idle and better drivability

For anyone wondering, this clip shows nothing. A spark plug tester is just to see if they work. They reveal nothing about performance without a high speed camera to verify they keep up with firing intervals and targeted voltage limits.

But in terms of comparison, copper spark plugs are effectively not used anymore. The standard is now Iridium plugs. And the Ruthenium plugs are a tier above that due to higher durability and stronger spark which results in stronger combustion and cleaner burn. It's classified as a high combustion spark plug. Typically you will see negligible benefits from Ruthenium besides longer lifespan unless you have a Turbo/Supercharged engine with a tune.

I’ll take a cheap non resistor copper core plug over anything. The much cheaper copper spark plugs have a slight spark output advantage, they just don’t last as long.

plug is only used to spark to burn, Big fire or small fire. 2 connector spark or 3 connector spark system and Expensive plug or less expensive plug makes no difference.
