Fix Boot Error Code 0xC0000098

When i'm on the command "bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup" system says "The system can't find the file" Error to export to storage. I can do something else, or i'm Just stucked there?

my pc can go into the repair your computer mode and i can get command prompt from there even without windows installation usb. can i follow the steps then without bootable usb?

Your Os is in D: so you do the activity in D drive. Here my Os was in C, so I move to change the directory into C: while coming to chkdsk /f / r c:, what is "c:" here? What drive i should change?
