Red skull is understandable to why he's pure evil he's a NAZI and the leader of the Nazi regime in marvel and he is a avengers lvl threat and he has all of the abilities of captain amarica he even took over captain amaricas body so I understand why he's pure evil

Out of all the evil things Red Skull has done, the most evil was initiating a surprising coordinated attack on all the earth’s superheroes and successfully killed off 90% of them. The thing that was so unique about it was that Red Skull had persuaded every villain to work together without killing each other and the plan was successful because he had all the villains attack and target every hero in the middle of the night and a lot of the heroes were either just waking up, asleep, busy with other things, or just getting home all exhausted from patrol and saving lives. If that wasn’t evil enough, many friends and family members of the deceased superheroes along with the thousands of civilians were also killed during the attack since there was so much damage and destruction in cities, neighborhoods, and other public places all around the world and that was likely also Red Skull’s intentions.
