Hello, by any chance do you know how i can unlock my screenlock of my samsung a13 ? my fingerprint was on it and i had a password but after every 72h, i have to enter my password. so my phone didnt take my fingerprint, instead it asked for my password. Its been 1 whole week that i tried everything out there to unlock it. Can you help? I refuse to factory reset my phone since i have very important data on it. Is it possible to make my phone take my fingerprint again instead of asking for my password ? Please do inform me if you find a solution. Until then, i refuse to factory reset my phone. If you are helping a friend on their iPhone, they should know their Apple ID and password. I have helped others who forgot their Apple ID and password, but that is another issue. I even helped a friend who was not using iCloud. It's just an iPhone. She lost everything.
