Obviously clickbait. No one with any significant construction experience, especially in masonry, would say “Install Block”. The Industry correct term, for both Cement Block / CMU’s and Brick are “laid”. However, half the ppl here probably have no idea what the reference to the Tile Guy insinuates.

When I see them called cement blocks, I am immediately sceptical. They are concrete blocks. Concrete comprises aggregate, sand, cement and water. Cement on it's own has no strength. It is just the binder in concrete.

After the blocks are layed, is concrete or cement poured into them? If yes, could you skip that step, because the blocks are already held by mortar, correct?

sponge wont help .. u need a jointer and what u doing vibrating doesnt help at that point but before using the jointer
