1953 Chevrolet Corvette 'Twelveair' By Kindig-it Designs Wins 2024 Ridler At Detroit Autorama

In this video from the 2024 Detroit Autorama, I have the 2024 Ridler Winner "Twelveair" A 1953 @Chevrolet Corvette built by Kindig-It Designs. When it rolled out of the trailer in Detroit, I was sure I was looking at the 2024 Ridler Winner and before the weekend was over I would be proved correct! The one off all aluminum body is covered in a custom Dave Kindig Mix called Infrared! The all custom leather Interior is covered in a Sagebrush colored hide. The wheels are a Dave Kindig Design one off custom wheel, That I think works really well with the rest of the build! Under the custom hood is a custom one off all aluminum V12...Very cool for sure! If You think that the topside of this Kindig Design 1953 Chevrolet Corvette is a work of art...Wait till You see the Underside of this 53 Corvette from the 2024 Detroit Autorama...Hard to put into words...It's a you have to see it to believe it kinda things..Automotive art for sure!! Just gorgeous!! Loosely based on the Corvette concept for the corvair from back in the day...The 1953 Chevrolet Corvette "Twelveair" built by Kindig-it Designs from the 2024 Detroit Autorama and the 2024 Ridler Winner.....Check it out!!!

Incredible car and Dave Kindig pushed every element of design and engineering on this one. This car never gets built if the owner doesn't agree to spend an insane amount of money on the build. It's good that someone would as great designers need to be able to show their talent. The car is beyond the next level.

Scottie, I love it, period. The hard top is from a design, not from the Corvair, but a design that they came up with that Chevy claimed people hated. But it looked so much better than what they ended up with.
