3 pounds 80/20 hamburger
1-1/2 ounces of Legg's seasoning
1-1/2 cups water
1 Lime
Liquid Smoke

Combine the meat, seasoning and water and mix well.
Cover with plastic and refrigate overnight.
With meat cold fill your jerky gun and distribute onto trays.
Set tempurature to 140-150 and dehdrate for about 6 hours or so.
Do NOT dehydrate too hot or the jerky will fall apart.
Rotate trays a couple times.

Mix some liquid smoke, lime and a little water.
Strain with coffee filter and quickly spray the meat trays.
Dehydrate for another 5 minutes.
Enjoy

Note - Legg's comes with a cure packet.
Mix it in with the seasoning bag.

I have the exact same dehydrator and jerky gun as you do, but your jerky looks wayyy better than mine. I'm going to try it your way.
