In only 3 easy steps, you can make your own jerky with a Nesco Jerky Gun and Dehydrator.

Step 1: Mix lean ground meat with Nesco Jerky Seasoning and Cure. Marinate in refrigerator for at least an hour.
Step 2: Fill a Nesco Jerky Gun with seasoned and cured meat and squeeze onto Nesco Dehydrator Trays
Step 3: Dehydrate in Nesco Dehydrator at 160 degrees for 6 hours, or until meat is fully dry.

Did you speed up the video to save time or to hide how hard it is to squeeze out the ground beef onto the tray? It would be nice to remove the music and to listen to the person actually describing what they are doing.
