I just got into astral projection, Lucid dreaming and reality shifting and I can't wait to learn all about it, so I guess I have a good excuse to binge-watch all of your videos!

I want to focus on lucid dreaming first, because I can only focus on one topic at the time and I just always wanted to be able to control my dreams. I cannot wait until my first lucid dream- when I grew up, I was really obsessed with werewolves and kinda hoped I would somehow end up becoming a werewolve. In my first lucid dream, I really want to fulfill my childhood wish in a way and experience what it's like being a wolve out in a warm summer night, roaming trough the wild with my pack.

Hey, this is a new/old video. I've listened to this video many, many times, but this would be my first time with the new visuals, very nice! I like them both.

I've been having lucid dreams for years. I've always known a spirituality inside that didn't match with anything that I saw. I just knew. It is amazing to come into such an understanding of my spirituality that has always been inside.

Thanks for this! I’m finding in my astral practice that consistently recalling my dreams is my biggest obstacle right now and I’m thankful for this nice method to get more LD practice in for my spiritual development ❤️

Thanks for your video, I lucid dreamed once In my life. I have been pretty desperate to try and do it again. Six years later nothing. Now with your advice I'm sure it will come to me more naturally.

I’ve been way more focused on simply maintaining awareness so that it’s ultimately lucid living. I’m more just focused on simply remembering my dreams because I enjoy just watching them play out naturally is quite interesting and ultimately the lucid state of being is more important than simply lucid dreaming. They tell me very interesting stories and when I can maintain my state of active awareness in them it makes them way better.

So excited I was able to test my awareness in my dream! Still working towards lucid dreams and astral projection. However I consciously tested my reality in my dream state and I did it! I wasn’t able to control the dream but continue in my journey and it feels GOOD to know I can do it! P.S. it took 3 days of me testing my reality to test it in my dreams.

Thank you Gene. After a few months meditating (using mostly your guided ones) and writing a dream journal I was finally able to hold/recover awareness during my dreams (3 so far). In the dreams there were moments where I thought "this doesn't look right, I must be dreaming", then all I had to do was do a reality check. The one I use and find easier to practice is the one which you try to pass your finger through your hand.
After that I was able to control what I was doing, it was an incredible unique experience. After getting a little bit more holding of this non-physical state (is not that easy to understand all that is happening, at least for me right now) I want to try to astral project from these lucid dreams. Again, thank you

Looking out for an object that's exclusive to your home that you log in your head during the day is a good one--this can include a loved one---i missed my ex so much that when she wasn't with me in my dream it instantly woke me in it..brilliant video man & great advice

I have not had many lucid dreams; the ones I had, came to me. I then interpret them as I do night time sleep dreams. I find them to contain important information messages to me, reflecting something going on in my current life.

I read all the Castaneda books myself, and had a modicum of success back then but I’m eager to give it another go. I tried the finding the hands method. I’ve also read two books by Robert A. Monroe and was fascinated with the similarity of experiences and techniques. So glad I found your channel. Thank you 🙏🏼

Holding the nose is by far my favorite, however, I have a hard time staying lucid because it shocks me so much that my heart rate picks up, etc. Over the years, I've gotten better at just questioning my reality as constantly as possible, to the point where now, I usually just spontaneously get lucid just from being more aware. These LDs are more fluid and easier to stay grounded in.

Hi Gene, I'm loving your videos ... I listen to them whilst I do my artwork in the morning and would first like to thank you for keeping me so engaged. Anyway since I started listening about 3 weeks ago I have lucid-dreamed twice. I have done it by going straight from a waking state. It was something I thought I would try because very often whilst I am fully conscious but ready to sleep I will see visions, usually of people that I don't know. Rather than just allow myself to fall asleep I wondered if I could use these visions as anchors into lucid dreaming. So I tried just by kind of zooming in on these visions, holding on to them and finding as much detail as possible. I start talking to the characters an lo! I am lucid dreaming. The dreams may have gone on for 20 minutes and I had complete control of what I did in them and when I wanted to end the dream. On ending the dream I am fully awake. What do you make of this? I have not yet had any recollections of lucid dreaming in the night and am still learning to remember my dreams. Sometimes I when I endeavour to meditate I will also start "dreaming" instantly i.e. just seeing pictures. I feel that it could be a hindrance to my meditation - I am new at this.

I started doing Yoga Nidra before falling asleep at night. I start dreaming almost immediately, and time moves very slowly (most nights).
