Reason I love this channel is the thing she said in the beginning. Everyone can make it! I follow many cake artists and many of them do these super fancy cases with like 1000 steps and the whole cake is super fancy and professional level hard. With sidesurf, it's just a basic cake. Cake is good as it is, no need for 60 different types of sugars and chocolates and ingredients no one's ever even heard of. Just a cake. But making it look like the real thing with something as affordable as modelling chocolate and some paints and everyday tools.
