I've been tracking my progressive overload thru google sheets. Increasing sets or the weight itself after a week. Also Learning how to breathe when exercising helps me a lot.

Great tips! after 3 month nag switch ako from 4 day full body to 4 day upper/lower split as I don't see any gains.
Now I can do better exercises until the end of my sessions kasi hindi na masyadong fatiguing. You can experiment and see which training split works best for you.

Sir pwede po ba makahingi ng tips? ako kasi ay mataba mga 105 kilo ko at balak ko po mag g-gym at 1st time ko po sa gym, dko pa alam dapat gawin ko😢... baka pwede po makagawa ng content na dapat ko sundin po... pati na then po sa pag diet baka may tips kapo... thank you po sir❤

low volume high intensity workouts thus focusing on the big lifts (bench press, OHP, rows, deadlifts, squats, cleans if kaya) with less frequent gym appearances made my training better and i recover better too. rule of thumb, we should focus the free weight basic lifts because that's the one we can make progress more and the more advance the more we can add varieties to strengthen the lifts.

i don't have the ideal meal plan but as long as im eating more than 3 times im good.

Thank you po Coach Jacob for sharing these tips I was thinking right now kung magpapalit ba ako next week ng program ko but since I watched your video I would rather not nalang muna since hindi ko pa talaga na bubuild yung chest and triceps ko and also isa sa mga kiko considered ko is bago palang din ako nagbubuhat like 3 weeks in counting, madami napo ako nakukuha mga tips sayo most especially sa mga old vlogs mo. Maraming salamat po ulit coach Jacob hope to see a lot of tips coming from you para mas matuto pa ako at lumakas sa pagbubuhat sa gym.

Things that I applied that made my workouts feel great! Rest between sets, slowing down and perfecting the movement or form, proper weight to achieve failure and number of sets per muscle. Thanks for all of that, coach!
