Thank you for this. I didn’t know if I had to follow the directions and just stirfry them only. I usually boil noodles then stirfry.

This is a favorite of mine. My autistic daughter is very picky with her food and textures yet she will eat a whole portion of vegetable lo mein. Especially with mushrooms.

Fresh noodles are NOT al dente, they are just cooked properly or not. al dente refers to dried pasta only

I wish the Asian stores in my area were clean. They have expired items all over the place, improperly cooled fish and seafood, and the lo mein I wanted to get yesterday had mold on them. Is there a reason why this is so common in Asian stores? I ended up in the American grocery store with unsatisfying dry lo mein noodles. Definitely not the same.

Chef 👨‍🍳 this takes back to my childhood when my parents took us to China town or a Chinese restaurant by our house. Now in the present time no one cooks like that anymore so thanks for showing your delicious recipe.
Blessings from my family to yours don’t let your guard 💂‍♀️ down wear your face mask 😷 blessings 🙏✝️📿I’ll continue to fallow you😊😊😊😊

You never rinse them just cook them shorter time.
