Alex, I was in a full-on meltdown after my wireless was somehow turned off.  No matter WHAT I did, I could not get it to turn on AND STAY ON.  I've poured over the Toshiba Website, Microsoft, and a ton of PC know-it-all sites to NO AVAIL.  One effort lead me to You Tube, but was of no help.  I decided to search in YouTube, and your video was the first one I selected, and it worked just that easy.  Thank you Thank you Thank you!  I really cannot say it enough!  I'm ever so  grateful you elected to share your solution.  And you did it in 2012! Damn if it isnt STILL relevant today in 2017!!!!  who would have thunk?

It is fixed! Thank you so much. The whole Toshiba file has disappeared off the laptop, but I was able to download the TBS Wireless application file from my other Toshiba laptop onto a flash drive. I plugged it into the one I was trying to fix, and used it right from the flash drive by just clicking on it to turn the wifi back on. Those of you who can't find the TBS file might try downloading it from another laptop if you have access to one, either yours or someone else's. I don't know what happened to the Toshiba files on my other laptop. They used to be there. I wish sometimes I had never upgraded to Windows 10. Ever since I did, things seem to just randomly disappear or get disabled.

Hi, just wanted to thank you for making this video. I've been struggling for weeks trying to figure out how to turn the radio switch back on, and nothing worked.
