Dracula's Guest audiobook - 1st short story in the collection Dracula's Guest and other Weird Tales by Bram Stoker.
The collection was first published in 1914, two years after Bram Stoker's death.
It is widely believed that "Dracula's Guest" is actually the deleted first chapter from the original Dracula manuscript, which the publisher felt was superfluous to the story.

Great recording and I love the story. Controversy surrounding the nature of this short story with the idea that it is an excised original chapter to Dracula, the assumption is that the narrator is Jonathan Harker but has anyone considered the idea that the author/narrator in this short story may not be Harker at all, perhaps this guest in this story is Renfield?

Loved the narration. Such a strong, good vocal quality. The story itself, despite it being a "deleted" draft from Sir Stoker himself, is a compliment to his masterwork Dracula. Great story and beautiful reading

Great narration. You set quite a nice tone.

Narration aside, a book so well written it makes most books or novellas nowadays easily skippable. As always, thank you for writing. An inspiration for generations to come. May you rest in peace Bram.

The thumbs-up is for the reader. The story sucks, and I don't believe it was written by Bram Stoker.
