This is by far the best Dracula ever made. That hair and red cape nailed the creepy look. I hope someday this design make a comeback on future Dracula movies.

Fun fact: In the book, the coach was early because the coach driver was driving the horses really hard, trying to avoid having Jonathan Harker meet up with the carriage to Dracula’s castle. The coach driver basically tells Jonathan, “Oh, your ride isn’t here! I guess you’ll just have to go with us to the next stop!”

I am and always will be a huge fan of this movie. It is by far the best Dracula movie ever. I have watched it over 100 times and each time I find and catch something that i missed previously. Gary Oldman did an amazing performance with this character. By far the best ever.

Count Dracula was centuries old yet so futuristic. His gate and his doors were already automatic. I can imagine he has Alexa ready everytime he is about to enter or exit the door

The score by Wojciech Kilar is magnificent. I am so happy to have finally obtained the 3 CD set of the expanded original motion picture soundtrack released by La La Land Records. So much more music then the original 1 CD Columbia Records release.
