One thing I really appreciate about her channel is, that the title of her videos aren’t „here’s how to get a flat stomach in two weeks“, her workouts are more about getting stronger and pushing out of your comfort zone, which I really love!

Holy moly indeed. I'm used to doing basic high plank and side. This takes it to a whole new level! I'm 60 next year and diagnosed with lung age 74 years eight years ago. I am building up. My fourth time today and I can do first six planks straight off and then a little breather between each of the next couple. I will get to do all 12 without stopping. If I can do this you can too! 😁

This was HARD! But I love a good challenge. Had to release my form a few times, but got right back into it. Definitely going to try this over and over until I perfect it.

I got the furthest I've ever gotten with this workout without stopping today, 4:33 - going to keep going & I hope I finish this in one go soon!

Yes! Please include this kind of challenges. I love them. This was tough, for now I wasn't able to keep the planks all the time because I had to put my knees on the floor but I will make it.

Day 28: I was stopping every 10 seconds bc my shoulders were on fire from the previous workout. Managed to get some done, will try it again soon :)

I couldn't do the whole workout without resting my knees on the ground in between different exercises. But I'm glad I did not quit!! This is indeed a great challenge to me!
