Just got a q5s on my rear (got a nail in my last) just put the first 100 miles and I'm liking it!

I do about 1500 miles a month in the winter, will do more as it warms up. Can’t imagine having to replace tires every month or so.

I’ve had my stock bridgestone battleaxe adventure tires for over 10k miles and they still have plenty of tread left. I just figured two punctures in a week on 10k mile tires was a sign to replace them lol

I love the Q5S. I ride an f4i abs in a pretty aggressive rider street, highway and twisties. They work great for my riding style compared to a few other brands of tires I've rode and they last me a while, too! I will have to check my milage to see exactly how many miles I get with them

Big fan if the Q5S- I get about 3.5-5k miles with mixed road and track riding. Pressures change eith application, but they're exceptional. "Cold tires!"

I've been very happy with the S23s on my ZX10R (2023). I'm getting around 4, 500km to a set with regular pressure and reasonable road riding (flats and corners at weekend ride groups). They've been great, but I'm keen to see how the Dunlops perform (safety, stability, and longevity).

Just ordered my first new set of tires. Dunlop Trailmax Missions. Will be interesting to see how they do.

Great update, excited about the break in procedure you are going to share 🏍️

It’s interesting how common it is for motorcyclists to try different tires each time they get a new set.

My go to canyon setup is a Q5 front with a Q5S rear. You’ll need to replace both at the same time, I typically get 3000ish miles running high pressure (36/42), and the front tire feel on the Q5 is nicer than the Q5S. I always struggled with Dunlop front tire feel until they came out with the Q4 and now the Q5 that replaces it. They’re a softer carcass than the Q5S (and previously the Q3+), which I prefer.

I look forward to hearing what you think.

I break in my tyres by riding rougly 100km where I slowly increase what I want from them - like getting more lean, applying breaks during leaning, applying throttle during lean and so forth.
Question, do you have experience with Michelin Power 6? I ride those. Not sure if I should give a try S23. I'm quite happy wit Power 6. But In some point I'll ponetially test S23

I have the Q3's on my Ducati 1000s and really liked them. I will be going with the Q5's next. With your riding style, I don't think they will last too long.

The only people that notice loud exhaust is the police . And hear you coming at excessive speeding

That’s soooo crazy. I run Road 6 and get 13, 000 miles. No track days. Most of my riding is long trips.

2600 miles 😂😂😂😂😂😂. There's hardly any time to break them in before they wear out.

I got 17, 000 mile out of my trail max mission on my 1250 gsa. How ever I am not an aggressive rider!
Great for long distances ride tho
