They look so slim, I was tought that a minimum is 2 mm for casting as otherwise it can't reach the bottom on long pieces like that, but those ear rings look thinner than that?

Actual demonstration including failures would be more useful to new viewers. Granted there are many Utube videos out there but your attention to detail could be good to see in action.
