His iOS 18 accessibility voice control more responsive when I call out numbers? Rather than so delayed and you have to repeat yourself all the time. I desperately need this feature to be better because I can't touch the screen and Apple is just terrible about making things better in this area thanks very much

I tried setting up Eye tracking but it's not very accurate and needs a fair bit of work. Especially dwell control. It was very difficult to turn off eye tracking because it clicked everything I looked at.
