3 things they need to fix, a softer front seat, bring back the switch on the exterior rear doors to lock/unlock, and get rid of the useless task lites on the mirrors and put turn indicators on the mirrors, other than that my Duramax LTZ is perfect

I love my 2003 short cab, short, step-side bed Silverado with the 4.8L V8. The step side bed is made of plastic rendering it impervious to rust and much lighter. The small V8 gets great gas mileage. Why did Chevrolet stop making this configuration? My Silverado is pushing 200, 000 miles and still runs great! I just would like to have some nice, modern options like adaptive cruise control and heated seats and steering wheel. I just wish Chevy would make a new version of my Silverado, maybe even make it a mild hybrid with a solar bed cover to skirt around G.W.'s 2007 bill forcing most truck buyers to suffer 4 doors.

Reasonable price.? $65, 000-$70, 000 for a mid level 4x4 extended cab.
Manufacturer's are going to have to offer some big rebates I think.

They also need to complete against the new dodge though it's a V6 it's still 600 HP and can tow 14, 000 pounds 20, 000 something pounds vehicle and towing together

No thank you...ill get a new ford!! Multiple v8 choices... 7.3, 6.8, 5.0 etc... or diesel... dont want a big truck with a hyped up turbo'd baby motor...😂 more maetinance, more problems, higher insurance, less reliability, weaker warranties... heavier, so less towing... sorry, not worth it!!!
